Over the years I have met and cared for the comfort of people from many walks of life. The majority of my tenants are relocating and are in need of a Realtor and a banker. Before beginning your home search, you will need to obtain a pre-qualify letter to submit with your offer. Some lenders will even qualify you over the phone (based on a few strategic questions) and fax in the letter. That does not lock you in so that the lender who pre-qualifies you does not necessarily have to be the lender who finances your loan. It is also recommended that you interview several lenders until you find one that you are comfortable with.
Once this very important first step has been accomplished, you are ready to choose a Realtor (hint: Sandy can help with that first step if needed).
